KAI Gives Career Insight
– Charles W. Prather, 1993
In a recent workshop, in a large U.S. corporation, a young woman chemist (KAI score 128) came to the realisation that the new manufacturing supervisory job (highly adaptive) into which she had been recently promoted required too much coping behaviour, and that accounted for her frustration and unhappiness in the new position. With the understanding gained from our KAI session, she returned to her management, explained the situation and asked for her old job back. Fortunately, her management agreed with her assessment and was able to meet her request.
